Chancellor Music Festival

STMC is home to the renown Chancellor Music Festival, an annual celebration of music education where students to receive support, encouragement and feedback from musicians and musical experts.

This year marks the 31st year that STMC has hosted the Chancellor Music Festival.  Each year, approximately 1500 to 2000 students from across BC's Lower Mainland come to STMC to perform on a wide range of musical instruments in front of a panel of judges.  The Chancellor Music Festival is unique in its emphasis on support and non-competitive adjudication, which affords every participant the opportunity to earn a gold medal.

The 2012 Chancellor Music Festival will take place on April 30th to May 3rd.
NOTE: there are 3 different entry forms for piano, instrumental and vocal, and classroom music.
