Your Support is Needed For The STM Christmas Craft Fair

The Christmas Craft Fair is almost here!  Please mark the date on your calendars and plan to come out and do some of your Christmas shopping! 

Saturday Nov 26th - 10am-4pm

Sunday Nov 27th - 11am-4pm   

The Craft Fair is an STMC tradition well known in our local community.  Crafters and shoppers from all over the lower mainland look forward to this event.  Parent team leaders are busy putting together their volunteer schedules and preparing their areas.  We are in need of your help in the following ways:

1. Volunteer to Help Decorate Tonight!  On Monday November 14th at 5pm a brigade of volunteers will gathers annually to decorate the school lobby.  If you can help, please come to the school!  
2. Order Holiday Plants by This Friday, Nov 18th!  Please order a few plants to decorate your home and office - all proceeds benefit STMC.  Poinsettias, christmas cactus, white chrysanthemums, and orchids are available with prices ranging from $6 to $30.  Download the order form here or pick one up in the main office.
3. Donate Baked Goods:  Baked goods can be dropped off at the school on Friday Nov. 25, Saturday Nov. 26 during the craft fair and Sunday Nov. 27 in the morning.
4. Donate Used Books, Music CD's, Movie DVD's, Puzzles, Board Games, Craft Magazines, Recipes Books, Novels & Children's Books.
5. Promote the event.  Please tell your friends, family members, neighbours, co-workers about our fabulous craft fair.  Share this info via email, Facebook, etc. If you would like some posters to hang in your office, please email Rhonda Jackson at chinaberry@dccnet.com.
6. Volunteer at the Craft Fair on Friday Nov. 25, Saturday Nov. 26 or Sunday Nov. 27.  Help is needed in a variety of areas.  A brief meeting will be held on Monday Nov. 14 at 6pm for those parents with questions regarding the fair.
