Tuition & Fees

St. Thomas More Collegiate is deeply committed to providing an affordable high-quality Catholic education to families of all financial circumstances. Bursaries (tuition assistance/financial aid) are available to families with demonstrated need for financial assistance. Please contact the Business Office 604-521-1801 ext. 2112 for more information regarding the bursary application process.

Fees for the 2024/25 school year are as follows:

Incidental Fees for All Accepted Students
REGISTRATION FEE: Students in Grade 8 -12 $200
         Students in Grade 8 & 9
         Students in Grade 10 – 12
TECHNOLOGY FEE**: Students in Grade 8 -12 $200
GRADE 12 GRAD FEE: Students in Grade 12 $325

Tuition Payments Update: At STMC, we strive to keep our tuition as affordable as possible. Starting with the 2024-25 School Year, we will be applying a surcharge of approximately 3% on tuition fee payments in order to recoup credit card processing fees. This surcharge will NOT be applied to credit card payments for the incidental fees above.

Applicable tuition fee amounts are shown below.

Tuition Fees for Canadian Residents
If paid by cheque or debit
(In full, or $825/month over 10 months
commencing July 1, 2024)
If paid by credit card: $8,500

Please contact your parish priest directly to learn if your parish offers a subsidy for its students attending Catholic schools. If you do qualify for a subsidy, kindly ask your parish priest to complete this form and return it to the school.

Tuition Fees for Non-Canadian Residents
If paid by bank draft, cheque or wire transfer: $26,000
If paid by credit card: $26,780

*Grade Fees cover textbooks, workbooks, yearbook, class field trips, and grade level retreats and are payable on registration.  Athletic teams, band, choir, school trips, AP, guitar making, woodworking and other activities are subject to additional incidental fees.

** Technology Fee covers 1:1 device to support technology integration inside and outside the classroom for improved learning and teaching.

All incidental fees, and tuition payments for July and August, are non-refundable.
