Tune in this afternoon to hear about the great work our Students on the Beamline team has done over the past year as they present their research seminar. The group has been looking at the effect of temperature on the degradation of lithium-ion batteries using XRF and XANES techniques.
They collaborated with scientists at the Canadian Light Source, Tesla and local company Nano One and conducted their experiment virtually using the IDEAS beamline at the CLS. They present at 1:30 PM in the school library.
