Elementary Choir
The STMC Elementary Choir is open to students in grades 4-7 who are already part of their school choir or attend a school without one. It aims to enhance existing musical education by introducing basic skills, knowledge, and theory, as well as teaching healthy vocal techniques. The choir is an inclusive fun, safe, and supportive team environment. Rehearsals take place at STMC every Wednesday from 3:30 PM to 4:30 PM, from September 13 to May 29, with students participating in various concerts and workshops throughout the year.
Elementary Band
STMC Elementary Band welcomes students in grades 5-7 with little or no previous instrument training. They will learn basic music skills and theory while playing instruments such as the flute, clarinet, saxophone, trumpet, trombone, baritone, tuba, or percussion (limited spots, piano experience required). Rehearsals are on Thursdays from 3:30 PM to 4:30 PM at STMC. Concerts and workshops are included.
The cost of these programs are $300 each.
