The 2025-26 student schedules are now live on PowerSchool. You can view your schedule by logging into the student portal.
Please note that your academic counsellors will return to work on Monday, August 25, 2025 and will not be responding to emails regarding course changes prior to their return.
Do you need a course change?
If you would like to request a change to your schedule, please fill out the STMC Course Change Request Form.
Requests will be reviewed in order of priority, as well as in order received on the form. Do not email to follow up on your form response.
What are the reasons you might need to fill out the Course Change Request Form?
- There is a legitimate error in your schedule (e.g., a missing block, a missing required course, two of the same block)
- You received approval to take a summer course and need to update your schedule
- You need a course for a post-secondary program
- You would like to switch electives
- Other requests
**Please note that course change requests based on preferred teacher and/or preferred peers in specific blocks are not a priority and will not be a basis for consideration.**
We will receive and respond to form requests. You do not need to come in-person if you have filled out the form.
Do you need advice and/or additional support?
If you would like to speak with an academic counsellor, or you require in-depth advice about your course selection, there are two in-person dates available:
Monday August 25 from 9:30am-12pm and 12:45pm-2pm
Tuesday, September 2 from 11am-1pm.
