With approximately 690 students in Grades 8-12, STMC is committed to a comprehensive educational experience of spiritual and religious formation, academic excellence and dynamic co/extra-curricular engagement.

St. Thomas More Collegiate (“STMC”) is seeking an inspiring and strategic President to lead one of British Columbia’s premier Catholic independent secondary schools. For nearly 60 years, STMC has been recognized for excellence in academics, athletics, fine arts, and faith-based education, fostering a close-knit community where students are challenged to grow as compassionate leaders and engaged citizens.

Reporting to the Board of Directors, the President will champion the school’s mission and vision while providing leadership in strategic planning, advancement, financial stewardship, and community engagement. Working in close partnership with the Principal, the President will build strong relationships with students, families, alumni, donors, and the broader Catholic community to ensure STMC continues to thrive and make a lasting impact for generations to come.
