STMCL has been asked to distribute this Final Long-Form Settlement Notice to all students enrolled at STMC at any time between 1976 and 1989 by the following methods:
- via any and all alumni portals, websites, or newsletters;
- directly to individual former students using any physical address or email address in St. Thomas More Collegiate’s possession, power, or control; and
- via St. Thomas More Collegiate’s social media accounts.
If you wish to seek compensation, it is mandatory for you to complete the claim form. You will not be eligible to have your claim assessed or be compensated unless you submit a claim form to CFM Lawyers. Even if you had previous communications with CFM Lawyers when they were acting as class counsel, that previous communication did not start a claim or make you eligible for compensation. You must fill out and submit a claim form to have your claim considered. If you do not submit a claim form, CFM Lawyers will take that as an indication that you do not wish to seek compensation.
