Because of this, and our unique approach, our fees are at or below to design a highly sustainable or NZE buildings compared to market fees to design typical/standard engineering systems. We provide a NZE design on all our projects for the client's consideration. If at any reason this design is not accepted, we will design to their requirements (no extra charge).
