Grover, Elliott & Co. Ltd. is an established commercial real estate appraisal firm located in Vancouver, British Columbia. We have been active in the professional practice of real estate appraisal, valuation, and consulting since 1974 when the company was founded by Michael Grover and Duncan Elliott. Assignments have included virtually every class of real property found in British Columbia.
Our accredited real estate appraisers have extensive experience in all types of valuation services. Grover Elliott has nine fully designated (AACI) appraisers and four Candidate appraisers, as well as an experienced support team. Our senior appraisers hold the AACI (P.App) designation of the Appraisal Institute of Canada and several hold designations from similar organizations, including the CRP (Certified Reserve Planner), RI(BC), MAI and FRICS designations.
