From Wednesday, January 7 to Saturday, January 10, 2026, St. Thomas More Collegiate will once again host one of the most respected high school basketball tournaments in the province: the 58th Annual Rich Goulet Memorial Chancellor Tournament.
Each year, this tournament brings together top Varsity Boys programs for four days of high-intensity competition and championship-level basketball. The tournament also serves as a tribute to Rich Goulet, whose passion for athletics, students, and community helped shape the legacy of basketball at STMC. His impact continues to be felt each year as players, coaches, alumni, and fans gather to celebrate the values of teamwork, perseverance, and sportsmanship.
We invite our STMC community and basketball fans to fill the stands and support our Knights throughout the week. We welcome our alumni to join us at the alumni section. Expect fierce rivalries and intense moments as the 58th edition of the Chancellor Tournament takes centre court. Tip off for our Varsity Knights begin on Wednesday, January 7 at 12 PM.
