We are thrilled to welcome Dr. Shelley Moore, a renowned inclusive education researcher, teacher, and consultant, to STMC as part of our staff’s professional development. Based in British Columbia, Dr. Moore is highly sought after for her expertise in designing inclusive classrooms and has collaborated with school districts and community organizations worldwide. Her work centers on creating strength-based, responsive approaches that support all students, including those with intellectual disabilities, in grade-level academic settings.
Dr. Moore brings a wealth of knowledge with degrees in Special Education from the University of Alberta, a Master’s from Simon Fraser University, and a Ph.D. from the University of British Columbia. Her session will provide valuable insights into designing effective, inclusive environments that enable every student to thrive.
